Pink for a Month Breast Cancer Awareness~Cupcake Recipe and Free Mini Card Printables!!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month so my first cupcake recipe of the month is pink and I also designed pink inspirational mini cards.

Chocolate Sweetheart Cupcakes
1 package of dark chocolate cake mix
3 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam
Preheat oven to 350, bake for 18 to 22 minutes and let cool.
Blend frosting and jam in bowl until smooth. Cut off rounded tops of cupcakes, cut out heart shape from each cupcake top with mini cookie cutter.
Spread frosting mixture over cupcake bottoms, replace cupcake tops, pressing gently to fill hearts with frosting mixture.
Buttercream Frosting
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon meringue powder
1 tablespoon milk
1 package powdered sugar
